We will gladly return new merchandise with the tags attached and a sales receipt within 14 days of the purchase. An in-store merchandise credit will be issued, that never expires. All sales for new merchandise are final after 14 days. All sales are final for any consignment items. We do not take returns on sale items, jewelry, belts, purses, hats, formal dresses or any consignment items. Store Return POLICY
www.rosascloset.com will gladly accept
merchandise for in-store credit or exchange within 14 days from the date you
received your order.
Please submit your request for return by contacting rosa@rosascloset.com. Returns will not be
processed without prior approval. (See below) After receiving approval and a
return authorization #, returns must be received within 7 days. Shipping
charges are non-refundable.
Website returns are
also accepted in our retail store.
SALE ITEMS
All Sale Items are FINAL SALE. There are no exceptions to this policy
RETURN PROCESS
1. Contact us at rosa@rosascloset.com
to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns made without the RA#
will not be accepted.
Please include the following information in your
email:

Order number
Item number
Item Name
Item Size
Reason for Return
Whether you would like a in-store credit, or exchange.
2. Once we receive the information noted above, we will email you your return
authorization # and the address to send your return to. (Returns cannot be made
without this number).
3. Pack your item securely in an appropriate envelope or box and send it to Rosas Closet: 2141 Wealthy SE, Grand Rapids MI 49506. Please include the original
receipt (or copy) in the package.
3. Write your return authorization # on the outside of your package.
We will not accept any packages without the return authorization #
written on the outside of the package.
We are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or
damaged during transit, we encourage you to insure your item as this will
provide you with recourse with the shipping company.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, please inform us of the new item(s) you would
like us to send in your return email. This will ensure that the item is held
for you until we receive the old item. Once your item for exchange is received,
your new item will be sent to you along with an email to confirm
shipments. Rosa's Closet will ship domestic exchanges FREE of charge.
STORE MERCHANDISE
CREDIT:
If you wish to receive store merchandise credit for a return, please note on
your return email. Merchandise credits can only be used in our retail store.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Refused shipments will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and all shipping
charges. Please note we are not responsible or liable for the return, tracking
down of, receipt or condition of refused shipments.
